REFUND POLICY

Last updated: July 21, 2026

1. General Information

SVĒTKU GRAFIKA offers digital products that are created and delivered electronically.

Since our products are digital and often customized for a specific customer, the return and refund conditions differ from physical goods.

2. Digital Products

Once the creation of a digital product has started or the product has been delivered to the customer, it is usually not possible to return it in the same way as a physical item.

By placing an order, the customer agrees that:

* the development of a personalized digital product can begin immediately after payment for the order;
* after the creation or delivery of a digital product, the right of withdrawal may be lost if provided for by applicable consumer protection regulations.

3. Order Cancellation and Changes After Development Starts

Since the products offered by SVĒTKU GRAFIKA are personalized digital products, the execution of the order begins after receiving customer information and confirming payment.

Once the development of a digital product has started, including design customization, information input, invitation website creation, or other order-related activities, it is not possible to simply cancel the order and request a full refund just because the customer has changed their mind.

The customer has the opportunity to submit reasonable corrections and amendment requests in accordance with the description of the selected product. We make the necessary corrections to ensure that the product matches the service ordered by the customer and the information provided.

If the customer has received a preview, approved the design, or the requested corrections have been made, the order development is considered to be continued, and the order can no longer be canceled or a refund requested because the customer has changed their wishes.

Refunds are not applicable in cases where:

the customer has provided incorrect or incomplete information;
the customer changes their intentions after design development or corrections;
the customer no longer wishes to use the purchased digital product;
the product matches the order and has been created according to the customer's instructions.

If the error was caused by our actions, we will provide the necessary corrections or solutions, agreeing with the customer individually.

4. Technical Issues

If the customer cannot access the purchased digital product due to technical reasons, please contact us.

We will help resolve access or technical issues within a reasonable timeframe.

5. Refund Requests

To submit a refund request, please contact:

SVĒTKU GRAFIKA
Email: info@svetkugrafika.lv

In the request, please specify:

* order number;
* buyer's name;
* description of the problem.

Each request is evaluated individually.
